I’ve been operating my own business since The Great Recession of 2009 when I found myself out of a job after the company I worked for sank like the Titanic.

My work for the past 15 years has revolved around inspecting residential and commercial buildings and along the way I’ve spent countless hours investing in learning and understanding how buildings work and don’t work.
I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector having taken countless hours of courses, webinars and seminars as well as having to pass their inspector exam every 3 years along with taking continued education courses.
Ohio has now required home inspectors to be licensed which involved taking a whole other slew of courses and passing the National Home Inspector’s exam. Rest assured I am fully licensed by the state of Ohio.
